Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Bed Quarter, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and secure shopping experience, whether online or in-store. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ve crafted our return and exchange policy to ensure convenience, transparency, and exceptional service.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
  • If payment has already been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 7 to 14 working days, though some cases may require up to 30 days depending on the banking provider.

Returns & Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided they remain unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • An original invoice is required for all returns.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or seasonal offers are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method only and may take 7 to 14 working days.

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with the original invoice.
  • Products must be in clean, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
  • If a product shows a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, it may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Pillows
  • Duvet covers
  • Bed sheets
  • Mattress protectors
  • Mattress toppers
  • Prayer mats
  • Perfumes
  • Accessories

Additionally, electronic devices, beds, and wooden furniture are non-returnable once installed, unless a verified manufacturing defect is present. If the product remains uninstalled and in its original packaging, it may be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

Warranty Terms

  • All products come with a warranty in accordance with the respective brand’s terms.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse such as breakage, stains, spills, fabric damage, or base damage.
  • Mattress degradation must exceed 1 inch in depth to qualify for a warranty claim.
  • Warranty coverage applies to products of the same brand, and an invoice is required.
  • A consumption value deduction may be applied to refund amounts based on time of use.

Additional Terms

  • For massage chairs, installation is complimentary for the first time. Any reinstallation or relocation may incur service charges, which will be communicated in advance.
  • If an order is canceled after confirmation and delivery scheduling, an AED 25 service fee will be deducted.
  • For reserved products, a deposit of 50% of the total value is required. The balance must be paid within 15 days to secure the item.
  • Customers may cancel or modify reservations for undelivered items within 15 days. Special orders and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
