What is your return and exchange policy for mattresses and massage chairs?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if unused, in original condition, and packaging. Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase under similar conditions. Sales/promotion items, pillows, and specific hygiene products are generally non-returnable. Electronic devices, beds, and wooden furniture are non-returnable once installed, unless defective. Refunds typically take 7-14 working days. How long does delivery typically take within Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and do you deliver to other Emirates?

We offer same-day delivery for orders above AED 3,500 across major UAE cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujeirah, UAQ) if ordered before cutoff. All other orders receive next-day delivery within these areas. Installation for mattresses and massage chairs is complimentary upon delivery.

What warranty is provided for Tempur, Ogawa, and Kluft products purchased from Bed Quarter?

All products come with a warranty according to the respective brand’s terms, covering manufacturing defects. Tempur mattresses typically have a 10-year warranty, Tempur pillows a 3-year warranty. Kluft mattresses generally carry a 10-year warranty. Ogawa massage chairs typically have a 2-year warranty, extending to 5 years for certain models purchased after July 7, 2025. An original invoice is required for claims. Misuse (stains, breakage) voids the warranty. Mattress sagging must exceed 1 inch for claims.

How can I determine which mattress firmness (e.g., Tempur, Kluft) is right for me?

Firmness is subjective. Tempur offers soft, medium, and firm options suitable for different sleep positions. Kluft provides a range from plush to firm.
