For orders totaling AED 3,500 or more, enjoy our complimentary same-day delivery service within major cities across the UAE. To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed and confirmed by 3:00 PM GST. Our team will contact you shortly after your purchase to confirm your precise delivery slot.

Next-Day Delivery (Standard Service)

For all other orders, we provide free next-day delivery to major cities across the UAE. Just like our express service, our team will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery time after your purchase.

Coverage Area

We proudly deliver to major cities throughout the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain (UAQ). For deliveries to remote or specific areas, kindly contact our customer support team for confirmation and any potential additional details.

• Complimentary Installation: For all mattresses and massage chairs, professional installation and setup are included as part of our free delivery service. Our team will ensure your new product is perfectly assembled and ready for immediate use.

• Safe Handling: We use specialized equipment and careful procedures to protect your items from our warehouse directly to your chosen room.

• Order Cancellation Fee: Please note, if an order is canceled after confirmation and delivery scheduling, an AED 25 service fee will be deducted from your refund.
